Microsoft is introducing new vertical tabs for its Edge browser. They look ideal for 16:9 monitors and laptops, as you’ll be able to make use of the extra vertical space. Microsoft will start. The New Tab Search extension is created by Visicom Media known for designing MyStart, MyStart Toolbar and other hijackers. Developers present New Tab Search as a tool that should help people improve their browsing sessions. The functionality of ‘New Tab Search’ plugin provided by Visicom Media can be explained by its name – it gives you a search tool box in every new tab of your browser. At the same time, it automatically changes the default interface of new tabs, as well as your default search engine.

Microsoft Edge loads the default New tab page by default. With the relevant New Tab policies, you can set a URL to load in the New Tab page and prevent users from making changes. You can also load a blank page instead or let the users choose what loads.
Note
New tab pages do not load while running InPrivate mode.

Microsoft Edge loads the default New Tab page by default. Enabling this policy lets you set a New Tab page URL in Microsoft Edge, preventing users from changing it. When you enable this policy, and you disable the Allow web content on New Tab page policy, Microsoft Edge ignores any URL specified in this policy and opens about:blank.
